Watch your children carefully at all times when cycling in London!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Route Description:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lee Valley is a 42 km (26 miles) long valley that follows the river Lea from Ware in Hertfordshire to East India Dock in London. The valley is a regional park that encompasses wetlands, woodlands, farms and sports venues. The valley has a network of cycle paths that are mostly traffic-free and well-signposted.
